Gregg Knowles is the facilitator and program coordinator of the Warwick Career Transition Group. He is also a consultant who specializes in workforce training, career coaching and resume writing. In addition to his coaching practice, he runs the Career Transition Assistance Program (CTAP) - a service for job seekers that includes job search workshops and individualized career coaching/resume review sessions. CTAP is offered at select libraries within the Ramapo Catskill Library System in New York, including the Albert Wisner Public Library in Warwick, the E.B. Crawford Library in Monticello, and the Livingston Manor Free Library in Livingston Manor.
Gregg has over 25 years of human resources experience including recruiting/talent acquisition, organizational development, training, compensation and employee relations. His prior experience includes Vice President at JPMorgan Chase in New York City where he served in various roles including Senior Human Resource Business Partner and Head of University Relations and Recruiting/Entry Level Development Programs.
Gregg is passionate about educating and empowering individuals and provides an insider’s knowledge of human resources to help them achieve their career goals. He develops and delivers workshops that focus on helping job seekers build the skills necessary to conduct an effective job search, write “winning” resumes, and prepare for interviews. He has also presented these workshops at Orange-Ulster BOCES' Adult & Continuing Education Program and Mount Saint Mary College’s Adult Enrichment Program.
